For support on your Total Touch POS software and/or installation please contact your local Total Touch POS representative. The corporate office of Total Touch POS and its support personal will not accept an incoming connection request without prior authorization.


Use the link below to run or download the remote support application. Because the remote support application does not need to be installed a security warning should appear and must be accepted before the remote support application will launch. If the remote support application was downloaded (saved), the support application will need to be launched from where it was downloaded (this is usually the download folder). The remote support application is automatically unloaded with a failed connection and/or the closing of an active connection. The remote support application can be terminated by either party.
