Total Touch cloud-based reporting features give merchants the power to review reports anytime, anywhere, making Total Touch more competitive and feature-aligned with popular POS options like Toast and Future POS.

Restaurant managers and owners can expect to see:
- Employee wage totals
- A breakdown of tender amounts (i.e. cash, credit card, and house amounts)
- The trend of sales vs. guests by day
- Top-selling items reports
With cloud-based reporting, any user can access their business analytics from a desktop or mobile device. Most of the reports currently available in the back-office reporting tool are now available through this online web portal.
Reports can be combined to show data for multiple locations or separated by individual location. They can also be filtered to show data for the current day or a specific date range.
Some of the reports bar and restaurant managers will find useful include:
- Daily Balance - This report is used to close and accurately balance each day. It provides a breakdown of accepted payments, revenue generated by department, cash reconciliation, and even a snapshot of labor costs.
- Department Sales Report - This report provides a detailed breakdown of sales in each department by quantity, gross sales, discounts or coupons applied, net sales, and more. It can be displayed in bar chart format for easy comparisons.
- Item Sales Report - This report lists each item sold, quantity sold, cost, amount collected, and profit amount. It can also be run by group to reveal the strongest performers in each department.
- Void Item Report - This report is used to track voided items by employee, item, date and time, quantity, amount, reason, and who approved the void.
- Canceled Sales Report - This report provides a detailed look at canceled sales. Canceled sales are tracked by invoice number, date, employee, approval, cancel type, net sales, tax, and total.
- Employee Labor Summary - This report generates a full view of labor tracked by name, job type, total hours, wage, overtime wage, overtime hours, employee sales, and tips declared.
- Sales Tax Reports - These reports summarize the merchant’s taxable and non-taxable sales, including gratuity and service charges.
- Employee Payroll Summary - This report populates job type, employee name, regular wages, overtime wages, tipped wages, salary, and tips declared.
