How Severino's Makes Restaurant Management Easier

January 28, 2021

At Severino’s Restaurant and Lounge, just outside of Cleveland and Eastlake, Ohio, general manager Shar knows the Total Touch POS Restaurant Management System inside and out.

She knows how the employees use it and why they like it. Severino’s loves Total Touch POS because “It’s one and done and fits our needs.”

Easy to Train

Shar says, “I’m the one that trains mostly the servers and bartenders. I find that it’s an easy system to train (people). It’s effortless to toggle back and forth between a food menu and a drink menu. Simple to get where we need to go between those two, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.”

Easy to Operate for Staff and Employees

We asked Shar what the staff and employees think about Total Touch:

“All the staff here like it, they said, it’s easy to use. For new people, it does not take very long to understand, especially if they’re computer-savvy. They pick up on these buttons right away; it’s easy for them to remember items with the color-coding, and the ability to break up things into sections that are related. It’s simple for them to use, and we can move very fast on it.”

Total Touch Customer Service Makes the Owner Happy

Total Touch Customer Service been a really good experience. The US-based customer service has been efficient, they’ve solved our problems very quickly when we add them. Whether it’s from credit fraud with a credit card or problem installing something on the system or upgrades, it’s been very simple and easy to work with them.

If you had to do it again, would you choose Total Touch?

Absolutely. Absolutely.
