1. Will Total Touch work with my current merchant service provider?

A: The Total Touch software is compatible with most merchant service providers. Our Total Freedom Guarantee puts you in control of your payment processing. That means you can keep your current processing relationship going strong, or experience the advantages of partnering with our preferred processor, Electronic Merchant Systems. Here are a few of the other processors we are compatible with:

2. Does Total Touch support gift card and loyalty programs?

A: Yes! Total Touch includes complete Factor 4 Gift Card integration for gift and loyalty card programs. This fully integrated software also supports Altus Premier if you have a gift card program through Electronic Merchant Systems.


3. Is Total Touch cloud-based?

A: Yes, but that’s not all! Total Touch is a hybrid server and cloud-based restaurant management system. This means that menu items, orders, sales, and employee data are entered into the software at your restaurant, while business analytics and reports are stored in the cloud. Cloud storage allows you to access your comprehensive reporting anytime, anywhere through a simple login.

 

4. Can I set up restaurant online ordering with Total Touch?

A: Yes! Total Touch supports online ordering system for restaurants through Total Touch Web Ordering. You can integrate the best online ordering systems for restaurants directly with your restaurant point of sale system or add it as a separate feature on your website. Either way, Total Touch will help you with customization and installation of Total Touch Web Ordering.

10. Does Total Touch have an option for splitting checks?

A: Yes! Total Touch POS does have an option for splitting checks. With Total Touch, your servers have the option to split checks by seat or split bar tabs by drink.
